Miligrama E-commerce Evolution and Migration
Scalability, cost optimization and co-creation in a long-term ecosystem.

The context
Miligrama Farmácia de Manipulação (compounding pharmacy) is a long-standing partner. I work in an ongoing multidisciplinary effort, leading the visual front to raise the brand's overall results. The recent highlight was my direct participation in restructuring and migrating the company's e-commerce.
The business challenge
The client needed to modernize its digital presence and sales operation. The challenge went beyond a “visual redesign”: it was a strategic platform migration that required immediate optimization of operational costs and the structuring of a robust digital architecture, capable of supporting a future transition to a marketplace model.
The process (Collaboration & Strategy)
- Multidisciplinary co-creation: I worked in direct partnership with the marketing strategy team, cross-referencing performance data with usability best practices to define the structure of the new layout.
- Product vision and scalability: I took part in technical and visual feasibility decisions, designing a modular interface that worked perfectly in the current scenario while already being prepared for the complex ecosystem of a marketplace.
- Conversion-oriented design: layout development prioritizing a frictionless purchase journey, clear information architecture and reusable components to ease maintenance for the development team.
The impact
- Reduced operational costs: the proposed design and structure enabled the migration to a more efficient platform, optimizing the client's budget.
- Future-proof infrastructure: the store now has a scalable visual and technical foundation, ready for business expansion without interface rework.
- Team synergy: strengthening the culture of continuous improvement, uniting design and marketing data to constantly iterate and evolve the product.
