Syntria.ai — Management Platform for Nutritionists
From conception to delivery: leading product, interface and visual identity.

The context
Syntria.ai is a platform built to streamline nutritionists' routines, combining practice management for finances and scheduling with clinical tracking of meal plans and patient goals. I worked from product conception through interface delivery, leading both the system creation and the development of the project's visual identity and logo.
The business challenge
The health management software market is highly competitive and often fragmented or visually complex. The core challenge was to design a centralized, intuitive solution that reduced cognitive load and operational time for nutrition professionals, allowing them to stay focused on patient care without compromising the financial and organizational efficiency of their business.
The process
- Benchmarking and Competitive Research: I conducted thorough comparative analyses of existing solutions to map market opportunities, identify industry patterns and pinpoint common friction points in clinical and financial management journeys.
- Stakeholder Alignment: I led conversations and workshops with the founders to translate the business vision into functional product requirements, ensuring the value proposition was clear in every flow.
- Co-creation and Technical Feasibility: I maintained constant alignment with the development team to validate prototypes, negotiate scope, anticipate technical limitations and ensure an agile, efficient delivery in Figma.
- Integrated Brand and Interface: I created the logo and visual identity in alignment with the system interface, ensuring consistency and conveying credibility, technology and a human touch from the very first contact.
The impact
- Centralized Professional Journey: Consolidation of the nutritionist's work ecosystem into a single fluid tool, eliminating the need to use multiple platforms for finances, scheduling and patient care.
- Scalable Design Aligned with Engineering: Delivery in Figma of a modular, structured system, reducing handoff time for developers and accelerating product implementation.
- User- and Business-Oriented Product: Adoption of a data- and research-driven approach that balanced the real needs of health professionals with the strategic vision of investors and founders.
